Book Your Call

Pick the day and time that works best for you. Whether you’re in the gym every week or coming back from a break, your coach will meet you exactly where you are.

You’ll lock in a dedicated time with your Client Success Manager who will stay by your side during your journey, help set your goals, and is ready to help you take the next step.

Review & Align

We’ll take a look at your current habits, routines, and readiness — not to judge, but to understand your lifestyle and how we can build around it.

You’ll walk through how our systems work and how we’ll track your progress over time.

Build Your Game Plan

We’ll map out your first 90 days of success inside BBT, help you build structure around your training schedule, your check-ins, and your personal milestones.

You’ll leave the call knowing exactly how to stay consistent. No matter what life throws at you.

FAQ 1: What is a Goal Setting Call?

A 20–30 minute session with your Client Success Manager. During this call, we’ll help you define your SMART goals, connect your apps, and create your 90-day game plan so you start your BBT journey with full clarity and direction.

FAQ 2: Is this meeting in person?

No. This is a virtual meeting on Zoom. Your Client Success Manager will provide the link upon booking.

FAQ 3: What if I’m not sure about my goals yet?

That’s exactly why we do this call. Your Client Success Manager will help you uncover what’s most important to you, clarify your “why,” and translate that into goals that are realistic and motivating. You don’t have to have it all figured out — we’ll figure it out together.

FAQ 4: What should I bring?

Just yourself and your honesty.
We’ll walk you through everything — from app setup to your schedule and nutrition alignment — so you don’t need to prepare anything in advance. (Besides your goals)

FAQ 5: Is this call mandatory?

No. This call isn’t mandatory — but it’s highly recommended if you want to get the most out of your investment and start your journey with clear direction.
